I am pleased to release this first issue of 2020. I am sure many of you have been long waiting for the arrival of this issue. As usual it is packed with a variety of interesting articles, short fictions and poems written by our talented bunch of writers. I hope our readers will enjoy reading the current issue. There have been many events from the beginning of this year that have attracted our attention. Apart from political developments, matters such as climate change, Australian forest fires and diseases like Corona virus have been making headlines on a daily basis. Even though these matters don’t seem to affect every one of us directly, perhaps our writers will consider highlighting the seriousness of these issues, in their writings. For some of us in Britain, country’s exit from the European Union has been a major disappointment, but it is hoped that the current government’s policy of attracting skilled workers from countries like India would bring back prosperity in the long term it would help us if writers can send us their work for the May issue from next month. In the meantime, as always, we welcome your feedback through letters to the editor.
